A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, in the department of military affairs and public safety, West Virginia state police - surplus transfer account, account no. fund 6519, fiscal year 1997, organization 0612, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven.

Whereas, The governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the
department of military affairs and public safety, West Virginia state police - surplus transfer account , account no. fund 6519, fiscal year 1997, organization 0612, available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-seven, to account no. fund 6519, fiscal year 1997, organization 0612, be supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by two hundred eighty-six thousand eight hundred ninety-three dollars in the line items as follows:
